"Results came fast and everything lined up"
I used labcorp for some routine blood work and it went smoothly. The results came back quicker than I expected, and they matched up with what my doctor said she was looking for. I also liked that the online report was easy to read — the numbers, ranges, and little flags were all laid out clearly, which I always end up checking way too closely. No weird errors, no name mix-up, no confusing missing sections. I’d use them again.

I went to Labcorp thinking I’d have my results in a couple of days, since that’s usually what I expect for this kind of thing. Instead, it took way longer, and there wasn’t really a clear update along the way. The website kept showing the same status, so I had to keep checking on my own. It got stressful because my doctor was waiting on the results too. I understand some tests may take longer than others, but personally, I expect better communication and a more reasonable turnaround time.

My order ended up being correct and everything matched what I selected, so that was nice. No mix-ups with the tests, which was the main thing I was worried about. The online updates were a bit slow, because apparently patience is part of the process, but overall it was good.

Booking my appointment was easy. I found a time that worked for me, got the confirmation right away, and didn’t have to call anyone, which was a relief. Just a heads up though, I’d book as soon as you see a good time because those slots can disappear fast. Still, it’s nice when something actually works like it should.

"They actually fixed my billing issue"
I had a billing charge show up that didn’t look right, and I’ll be honest, I was irritated when I first noticed it.

I reached out to Labcorp expecting the usual runaround, but the person I spoke with actually listened and took the time to look into it. It wasn’t fixed instantly, but after a couple days they corrected it and followed up with me.

I still wish it hadn’t happened in the first place, but I have to give them credit. They handled it fairly, and I’m satisfied with how it turned out

"Blood draw was a rough experience"
I came here to get my labs done, and the blood draw was kind of stressful. The person taking my blood didn’t seem very confident, and it took a few tries, which left my arm sore afterward. The staff was nice enough, so I appreciated that, but the phlebotomy part was really disappointing and left me feeling a bit uneasy.

I went on Labcorp because I needed to look up a few different lab tests, i was surprised by how many they had listed. Impressive. I found the ones my doctor mentioned quickly, and I also ended up reading about a couple others I was curious about.
Booking was straightforward, which I appreciated. No calling around or wondering if a location offered what I needed. Easy. Overall, it was a convenient experience

I had to call labcorp because there was an issue with my appointment, and I was expecting it to be a whole ordeal. The phone menu was kind of irritating, but I did eventually get through without too much trouble.

Once I got a real person on the line, they were helpful and answered my questions quickly. I’m taking off a star because the hold time still needs work, and if calling in becomes a regular hassle, I’d probably start looking at other options. But for this visit, it ended up being okay.

"Got my dumb appointment mix-up sorted fast"
My appointment was showing up wrong online, which was annoying as hell, so I messaged customer service to figure out what was going on. To their credit, they got back to me the same day and fixed the whole mess without turning it into some huge ordeal.
I’m giving 4 stars because the hold time was kind of ridiculous, and the hold music was absolute garbage. But once I actually got someone, they were really nice, knew what they were doing, and got it handled.

I don’t think I’m being unfair here, but it’s been slow every single time I’ve gone. I get that places get busy, but at some point the wait just gets frustrating.

"Works here and there, but honestly annoying"
I used the Labcorp app to check my test results and book an appointment, and while it technically worked, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I’ll admit I’m already a little impatient with medical apps, but this one kept loading slowly and randomly logging me out for no obvious reason.
The results section was the part that bothered me most. One minute it would say nothing was available, and then later the same result would suddenly show up. When you’re waiting on test results, that kind of back-and-forth is really stressful and not helpful at all.
I gave it 2 stars because it isn’t completely useless, and I did manage to get some things done. But in my opinion, an app for something this important should feel a lot more reliable than this one does

"Early hours were what I needed"
I was mainly paying attention to whether they opened early enough before work, and for me, they did. That part worked out well. I didn’t really focus on much else, though I do wish the weekend hours were a little longer. Overall, it was still convenient.

The place just didn’t feel very clean. The floors were sticky, and the bathroom had a bad smell. It’s a simple thing to keep up with, so it was frustrating that even that seemed missed

The front desk staff came across as a bit rude and not very helpful. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, but even simple questions felt like a hassle. It just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.
